I am a passionate educator, mentor, and lifelong learner with over 25 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, and training students in Computer Science and Engineering. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of mentoring thousands of students and GATE aspirants across India, helping them build strong technical foundations and achieve their academic and professional goals.
Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering, where my research focuses on Workflow Scheduling and Task Offloading in Edge–Fog–Cloud Computing Environments. I am a UGC-NET qualified professional and an International Engineering Educator (IGIP) certified through IUCEE.
My teaching interests span a wide range of core Computer Science subjects, including Theory of Computation, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Computer Architecture, Digital Logic Design, Data Structures and Algorithms, and Python Programming. Over the years, I have worked with reputed institutions and organizations such as Mahindra University, KL University, Gateforum, and Byju’s Exam Prep, contributing to teaching excellence, content development, faculty training, and student mentoring.
I strongly believe that education should inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and innovation. Beyond classroom teaching, I actively conduct programming workshops, technical training sessions, and mentorship programs aimed at empowering students with industry-relevant skills.
My academic journey has been recognized through several achievements, including Elite Gold certification and top-ranking performance in NPTEL’s Formal Languages and Automata Theory course. I have also presented and published research papers at national and international conferences.
My mission is to make learning meaningful, accessible, and impactful while nurturing the next generation of computer science professionals and innovators.
Algorithms to Accelerate Multiple Regular Expressions Matching for Deep Packet Inspection
This research focused on improving the efficiency of Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) systems by developing algorithms for faster matching of multiple regular expressions. The work aimed to enhance network security and traffic analysis by reducing computational overhead and improving packet processing speed in high-speed networks.
Deep Packet Inspection Using Finite State Machines
This work explored the use of Finite State Machine (FSM) models for implementing Deep Packet Inspection techniques. The proposed approach improved pattern-matching performance and enabled efficient detection of network threats, making it suitable for intrusion detection and network monitoring applications.
Text Extraction from Images
This research addressed the challenge of extracting textual information from digital images using image processing techniques. The work has applications in document digitization, automated data capture, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) systems, contributing to improved accessibility and information retrieval.

Investigating intelligent resource allocation techniques to improve performance, scalability, and energy efficiency.
